Our People

Rebecca is tumuaki ki te Kura o Whakaohorahi - principal of Broad Bay school. She has a Master of Inclusive Education and her experience as a Learning Support Coordinator for Otepoti ki te Raki Kāhui Ako, and her teaching background, has fostered a particular passion for empowering teachers to become inclusive practitioners. 

Collaboration with community, and whakawhanaukataka are very important to Rebecca. She believes people working together is essential to the success of our tamariki. Rebecca and her husband are passionate outdoors people and get out for adventures whenever they can. She belongs to a social netball team and enjoys cooking and baking for friends, whānau, and community.
