Anne joined He Ao Hou in January and is a Registered Social Worker with many years’ experience working with whanau and rangatahi in Otago.

Anne completed a Social Work degree at Otago University as she could see the need for continual and sustainable care for those most vulnerable in the community that she was working with. This achievement was a team effort with the support of her whanau and colleagues.

Anne and her family have lived in Dunedin for many years and are now living in the stunning peninsula. She loves the harbour, its environs and community where her whanau and mokopuna live.

She has enjoyed working for a couple of decades supporting whanau all around Otago in a variety of roles with STAND, CCT and CBCT.

She is passionate to see positive, sustainable change for whanau and their communities. To strengthen and empower whanau and tamariki with those resources they require to live well.

Anne is currently working Monday to Thursday.
